How To Take Admission in DU 2024

Delhi University, which is formally known as the University of Delhi, is a central college and research institution located in Delhi, India। It was established in 1922 by an Act of the Central Legislative Assembly. The University Grants Commission has recognized it as an Institute of Eminence.

  • Du BTech Round 05 seat allotment has been announced on 29 जुलाई, 2024। By July 30, 2024, candidates can accept the reserved seat in round 05। FoT will verify and approve online applications from July 30 to July 31। August 1, 2024, is the deadline for online fee payment for admission।
  • Delhi University is calling for applications for Post Master’s Degree in Linguistics and Advanced Diploma in Applied Linguistics for the academic year 2024। Applicants who are interested in applying must download the form, fill out the information required, and submit it on or before August 31, 2024 at the Department of Linguistics, Arts Faculty Extension Building, University of Delhi।

Step 2: Filling out the courses and college preferences on the DU CSAS Portal after registering

In order to be assigned a seat, candidates who pass the entrance exam must register on Delhi University’s Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) Portal. Candidates will be prompted to select their preferred college and courses after completing the registration process.

Step 3: Assignment of Seats

DU Ph.D Admission 2024

At the doctorate level, Delhi University provides a full-time PhD program. Several departments and faculties at DU offer PhD programs. Obtaining a Master’s degree with at least 55% of the possible points is a requirement for entrance to the PhD program. PhD admissions at DU are handled in two stages. Admission to Phase I will be granted based on qualifying results to the following programs: UGC-NET (including JRF), UGC-CSIR NET (including JRF), AYUSH-NET/DBT-JRF, ICMR-JRF, DST-INSPIRE, or comparable national level examination/fellowship (as approved by DRC); GATE; holders of teacher fellowships; and others.
